All orders are processed within 3 days, in the order, in which they were received.
This may vary depending on volumes ordered. Each Kookie is individually handcrafted for your personalized order. To ensure freshness of our product, all orders are shipped as promptly as possible.
From the moment you secure your on-line order, expect a 7-10 day (often sooner) delivery time to your USA address. Should we forsee a shipment problem, we will notify you by email promptly.
Our shipping boxes hold up to 10 packages safely without damage to handcrafted Kookie Therapy product. This allows enough space for 1 Free 'Mystery' flavor, on a 9 pack order. This bonus package is included in the shipping charge.
Kookie Therapy ships via United States Post Office (USPO) Priority Mail. The USPO offers the best airmail rates out of Hawai'i. Overnight Shipping is not a reality for 'Island TIME'... no matter... it will still take a few days longer to reach your destination. Kookie Therapy is worth the normal USPO Priority ~4 day shipping time.
Delivery within the 50 United States: 4-9 Pack orders are charged $US12.00 for shipping and handling.
Orders above 9 packs, are charged an additional $US12.00 per each dozen packs ordered and shipped (this includes the Free 10th pack.)
For example; If you order 27 packs of Kookie Therapy® (includes +3 Free packs;) in addition to the Kookie cost, you will be charged for 3 shipped boxes at a rate of $US12.00 p/box shipped ($US36.00 total shipping charge.)
International: International shipments take ~2 weeks Airmail. As of June 2008, anywhere in the World, shipping charge for 4 packs is $US 16.00. 5-12 packs is $US 30.00. Yes, this includes your 1 Free pack for a 9 pack order, which is a 10 pack shipment.
RETURNS and REFUNDS: Returns of Kookie Therapy products only occur in the event that the wrong order was sent to you, and then, ALL the Kookie packs must NOT be opened. You must notify Kookie Therapy within 5 days of receiving your order if your order was incorrect. If the order was incorrect and all packs still un-opened, Kookie Therapy will accept the return of all packs and you must pay the return postage fee. Kookie Therapy will re-ship your correct order at Kookie Therapy's cost. If any pack(s) have been opened after delivery, you have accepted delivery and Kookie Therapy will not accept any returns of that order.
Kookie Therapy guarantees the order was packed well, un-broken, and shipped 100% complete.
Kookie Therapy does not accept returns for broken kookies that may have occurred during transit.
